Learn to make Chicken Bak Kwa and Chicken Floss (Bak Hu)for Chinese New Year. Make your own this year when you realize how easy and cheap it is to make these delicacies from scratch. Trust me, I learnt and I was quite surprised.
Some parts of the class will be held outdoors so please wear something comfortable in case it gets hot.
Please bring two small containers to take your foods home.
