Soft Bread Class
Sunday November 3rd 2 to 5 pm
The Art of Soft Bread. You will learn to make this all time favorite, soft fluffy bread.
You will learn to prepare different bread variations. You will learn;
1. Soft Bread Dough
2. Mini Bread Loaves
3. Sausage Bread
4. Cinnamon Rolls

November 9th 10 to 2pm
This is another class where you will be learning more Indian Sweets. You will learn,
- Boondi Ladoo

Kerala Fish Curry and South Indian Prawn Curry
Sunday November 10th 2.30 to 5.30
Although many Malaysian Indians are of South Indian extract, but food over there is still very different. I’ve done this class a few times and it is always a favorite. You will learn;
- Kerala Fish Curry
- South Indian Prawn Curry
Bookings need to be made early so I can get the seafood in time and not have to freeze it.

Saturday November 16th 2 to 5 pm
Bake two types of French Bread from scratch. You will learn;
- Original French Bread/ Bahn Mi / French Baguette
- Easy French Bread
Price Per Person: $140
This is a fully hands on class. (class will commence once there are 4 students)
Fruit Cake 2
Sunday November 17 th 11.30 to 2.30
Learn to make English Classics that are oldies but goodies and seldom heard off around here.
- Dundee Cake
- Rich Chunky Fruit Cake
Price Per Person: $160
Alcohol will be used in the preparation of this cake.
Saturday November 23rd 11 to 2 pm
You will learn to make some Christmas favorites that seem to be rather expensive at all major hotels. This is a fully Hands on session where you will be working in groups. You will learn to make:
- Christmas Stollen
- Marzipan for Stollen Filling
- Fruit Mince Tart Filling from scratch
- Christmas Fruit Mince Tart
These are ideal homemade Christmas gifts.
Price Per Person: $160. (Class will commence once there are four students)
Alcohol is used in the preparation of the fruit mince.
Roasted Turkey Meal
Sunday November 24th 11 to 3 pm
It’s the yearly Turkey Class; learn to make my moist turkey and all the trimmings and accompaniments that go with it.
- Roast Turkey
- Chestnut stuffing
- Turkey gravy
- Creamy Potatoes
- Refreshing Tomato and Grape Salad
- Christmas Pudding
- Butter Custard Sauce
Price Per Person: $185. Class will commence once there five students.
We will all sit down together and have an early Christmas Meal.
