Rainbow Mille Crepe  – CLASS IS FULL

Learn the art of Mille Crepe, but this time we will do a Rainbow Mille Crepe.

Learn to make Rainbow Mille Crepe from scratch. You will learn to make the crepes, the mille feuille (Cream) and assemble the crepe and take your share home.

 

Price Per Person: $100

Class will commence once there are 6 students.  This is a hands on session so please dress comfortably and bring a container.

Sour Dough Yeast Free Breads

Sunday July 20th 2.30 to 5.30

Learn to make your own cultured rising agent.  This can be kept in the fridge for a long time and reused from time to time.  You will learn;

Each person will get their yeast free culture to take home to practice.

Class has to be booked at least two weeks in advance and fully paid so that each person can get their raising culture on the day.

Rooti’s and not Roti are gluten free and vegetarian friend breakfast foods in Bangalore.  It is easy to make and was surprisingly nice to eat as well.

Nutella, pronounced Noo Tell La has been in the forefront of being wickedly sinful in whatever it is used in.  So let’s have some Nutella Fun. We will start out by learning to make our own Nutella. You will learn to make;

You will also learn to do some basic decoration like spreading icing, piping the sides and covering borders on your own cake.
This is a hands on session, the old fashion way to make this is by using a spoon. So we will be doing it the old fashion traditional way.

Learn to make Gnocchi

I had gnocchi a few weeks ago and was shocked to be charged RM30 for 12 pieces of Gnocchi and there was no meat or seafood as well. So now I will do the class. Gnocchi is still quite new in Malaysia, so let us be the first.
You will learn:
1. Gnocchi
2. Tomato Cream Sauce
3. An Uncooked Sauce
