Prawn Mee (Penang Hokkien Mee)
Saturday 21st 1 pm to 4 pm
Prawn Mee has a rich history that dates back a long time ago. It is a painstaking job to prepare the broths and in the best situation, to leave it over night before cooking it to be served.
I have a few students who now sell this overseas. You will learn;
1. Two Prawn Broths require for the preparation of the soup
2. Chilly Paste
3. Preparation of the broths
4. Other Accompaniments

Fish Beriani – Complete Meal

Something for Diwali.
Learn to prepare this seldom found Beriani. The art of fish Beriani is different from Meat Berianis. You will learn;
Mung Dhal with Egg – I love my Beriani with eggs so this is just for that
Bagara Baingan – This Brinjal Curry is cooked with peanuts and sesame and has a nice nutty flavor to it.
Price Per Person: RM160
Each person will take home a slice of fish so booking early with full payment needs to be done.
Red Velvet Cake – A good rustic cake.

The much requested Red Velvet Class is here one more time. I’ve not had this class for a while now. You will learn;
- Red Velvet Cake
- Chocolate Filling
- Cheese Topping
This is a hands on session. Please bring a high container to take your piece of cake home.
This is a real old style cake, not the spongy ones you get outside.
Please book and confirm early as I need to prepare the cakes you will be decorating that day.
