Cooking Classes for June 2013
I am finally back after almost a month of traveling around Australia and Fiji and learning new foods, new recipes from friends as well as restaurants, so let’s try some of the stuff I learnt this month and in the next few months.
Chocolate Indulgence 1
Saturday June 15th 2.30 to 5.30
Saturday June 22nd 10 am to 1 pm
CLASSES ARE FULL
Let’s make some Decadent Chocolate Favorites you will learn to make;
1. Rich Chocolate Brownies
2. Rich Chocolate Muffin
3. Chocolate Lava Cake
Price Per Person: $95
Class will commence once there are 6 students. This is a hands on class.
Croissant and Danish Pastry Class
Saturday June 15th 10 to 1 pm
Learn to make Home made Croissant Dough from scratch, you will learn to make;
1. Danish Pastry Dough
2. Croissants
3. Almond combs
4. Tuna Puffs
Price Per Person: $100 (Class will commence once there are six students
Macaron Class
Sunday June 16th 2.30 to 5.30
Sunday June 30th 10 am to 1 pm
CLASSES ARE FULL
You will learn to make:
1. Macarons
2. Chocolate Black Sesame Filling
3. Lemon Curd Filling
Price Per Person: $100
Class will commence once there are 6 students
Puff Pastry Class – 2 more places
Saturday June 22nd 2.30 to 5.30
So we’re doing it again. Getting all messy and sweaty
You will learn to make:
Sausage Rolls
1. Puff Pastry
2. Sausage Rolls – The real one
3. Creamy Chicken with Three Mushroom Filling
Price Per Person: $95
(Class will commence once there are 6 students)
This is a hands on class, please bring your containers to take your pies and sausage rolls home. PLEASE DRESS COMFORTABLY.
Learn to make Gnocchi
Sunday June 23rd 2.30 to 5.30
I had gnocchi a few weeks ago and was shocked to be charged RM30 for 12 pieces of Gnocchi and there was no meat or seafood as well. So now I will do the class. Gnocchi is still quite new in Malaysia, so let us be the first.
You will learn:
1. Gnocchi
2. Tomato Cream Sauce
3. An Uncooked Sauce
Price Per Person: $100 (Class will commence once there are 6 students) Each student will be making their own Gnocchi.
