• This is a fully hands on class where participants will be participating in the preparation of the whole menu of the day and then after class have a nice early Christmas Meal.

• Bring containers to take your food home because there are always leftovers.

We’ll make

1.  Short Crust pastry
2. Chicken Pie
3. Shepherds Pie
4. Apple Pie
5. Chicken Filling
6. Vegetarian Mushroom Filling

Price Per Person: $125 – This is  hands on session where each person makes their own pastry and assembles their pies.

Class will commence once there are 6 people

Rich Fruit Cake Class

It’s my favorite time of year when we make our Christmas Cake. You will learn to make two types of fruit cakes.

1. Rich Rich Fruit Cake
2. Semolina Fruit Cake – Sri Lankan Fruit Cake

This is a semi hands on class where students will participate in making and baking the cake together.

Price Per Person: $85

Class will commence once there are 6 students.
